How does the particle counter work and what are the precautions for using it?

Precautions for particle counter in daily use and maintenance

1、Do not start the dust particle counting instrument when the inlet tube is covered or blocked.

2、The laser particle counter should be used in a clean environment to avoid damaging the laser sensor.

3、It is forbidden to extract gases containing oil and corrosive substances, and do not measure mixed gases that may produce reactions (such as hydrogen and oxygen). These gases may also produce explosions in the counter. Measure these gases need to contact with the manufacturer for more information.

4. Do not sample compressed air without high-pressure decompression equipment (such as a high-pressure diffuser), as all particle counters are designed to operate at an atmospheric pressure.

5, Water, aqueous solutions or other liquids should not enter the sensor from the pipeline.

6, when connecting an external printer or connecting an external temperature and humidity sensor, the counter needs to be turned off first; when performing printing operations, the printer must have print paper, otherwise it will damage the print head.
