In laboratory environments within the petrochemical industry, wastewater often contains complex and high concentrations of organic compounds. Ensuring accurate and efficient monitoring is essential—not only for regulatory compliance but also for internal process control and environmental responsibility.
Recently, Beijing Zetron Technology Co., Ltd. supported a petrochemical laboratory in upgrading its wastewater monitoring capabilities using the TA-205E Total Organic Carbon (TOC) Analyzer. This project provided a practical example of how automation and wide-range detection can significantly improve laboratory efficiency.
Providing a stable power supply for gas detection systems can be challenging in many industrial settings, remote areas, or temporary projects. Wiring is costly, installation is time-consuming and labor-intensive, and in some locations, power access is simply unavailable. The MIC600 external battery-powered model effectively solves this problem.
Ammonia is a poisonous and harmful substance, which will be released by the excrement of animals in farms. Long-term accumulation of excrement will lead to excessive ammonia. High ammonia concentration is not only harmful to human body, but also causes great harm to animals.
Nitrogen oxides mainly include N2O, NO, NO2, N2O3, N2O4, N2O5 and so on. Among them, the nitrogen oxides formed during the combustion process are almost all N0 and NO2, and these two nitrogen oxides are usually called NOX.
