LPC-7CE Intelligent Particle Detector Designed for the pharmaceutical industry, LPC-7CE can accurately detect the insoluble particles (1-500μm) of injection solution, package material and infusion apparatus in strict compliance with the Chinese and American Pharmacopoeias and GB/YBB standards.Adopting imported laser light source and high pressure syringe pump technology, it supports the detection of high viscosity samples and organic solvents. With intelligent touch screen and million data management, it meets the compliance needs of laboratories, pharmaceutical companies and medical devices to ensure drug safety and quality control.

Complies with the 2025 editions of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia, United States Pharmacopoeia, and European Pharmacopoeia, allowing direct testing of injectable solutions, sterile powders, and insoluble particulate matter content.

Utilizes a high-performance imported laser light source and compensation circuit to ensure testing accuracy for various colorless and colored samples, and allows direct testing of samples without electrolytes.

Employs an imported high-pressure injection pump sampling system, allowing for adjustable injection volume based on the sample type, ensuring high injection accuracy and meeting the testing requirements for high-viscosity samples.  It is also unaffected by geographical location and suitable for use at different altitudes.

The injection slit and tubing are made of imported 316L and PTFE materials, allowing for direct testing of organic solvents, oil-based solutions, and other special solutions.

Different high-pressure injection systems can be replaced according to the required injection volume.
