 LPC-16DA Smart Particle Tester is a high-precision testing equipment, which strictly follows the standards of 2020 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia and U.S. Pharmacopoeia, and can directly test the content and size of insoluble particles in injection solution, sterile powder, infusion apparatus (GB8368) and medicinal package materials (YBB00272004-2015).The equipment adopts high-performance imported laser light source and compensation circuit to ensure the accurate detection of colourless and coloured samples and electrolyte-free samples.Built-in high-pressure syringe pump system supports high viscosity sample detection, and equipped with 316L stainless steel and PTFE piping for direct detection of organic solvents and oil-based solutions.

The imported high-pressure syringe pump sampling system is used, and the injection volume can be set according to the type of sample to be tested. The injection accuracy is high, which meets the detection requirements of high-viscosity products, and is not affected by factors such as geographical location, meeting the use requirements of different altitudes.

The injection slit and pipeline are made of imported 316L and imported PTFE materials, which can directly detect special solutions such as organic solvents and oil matrices.
