Main principle is: the sampling unit collects the flue gas or the measured gas at the site, the pre-processing unit filters the dust, high temperature cooling, electric heat insulation, double-stage high efficiency dehumidification, and controls the temperature and humidity of the measured gas and dust particles in a certain range to make it reach the cleanliness required by the analyzer, and then sends it to the gas analysis unit for detection and analysis, displays the measured gas concentration on the display in real time, and transmits the data signal to the PLC or The data signal is transmitted outward to PLC or computer terminals, and can also be transmitted to the cloud server through wireless GPRS or network, and then the user can read the data from the server, which can realize global network monitoring and analysis. The whole process is automated and does not require human intervention.
