OPC-P50 portable oil particle counter is an instrument specially developed for oil pollution level detection according to national and international standards such as GB/T 18854-2002 (ISO11171-1999). It is suitable for on-site and laboratory pollution detection of hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, shale oil, transformer oil (insulating oil), turbine oil (turbine oil), gear oil, engine oil, aviation kerosene, water-based hydraulic oil, phosphate ester oil and other oils. It can also be installed on various hydraulic transmission, oil filter, cleaning machine, test bench and other systems to realize online detection of system oil cleanliness. It can be widely used in aerospace, electric power, petroleum, chemical industry, transportation, port, metallurgy, machinery, automobile manufacturing and other fields.

Adopting the principle of light blocking (shading) method and using high-precision laser sensor, it has small size, high precision and stable performance.
Suitable for laboratory or on-site testing, it can also be equipped with a pressure reducing device for online high-pressure measurement and real-time monitoring of particle contamination in the oil system
Can be connected to an external pressure chamber to form positive/negative pressure, enabling detection and sample degassing of high viscosity samples
Built-in data analysis system, which can display the real data of particle size in each channel and automatically determine the sample grade
The pipeline is made of 316L and PTFE materials to meet the detection of various organic solvents and oils.
