The OZ-180W dissolved ozone water concentration analyzer directly measures the ozone content in ultrapure water or water with constant turbidity using ultraviolet photometry. A customizable version, the OZ-180W-HF, is available for 20% hydrofluoric acid ozone solutions. Materials in contact with the ozone water include PTFE, FFPM, PFA, and quartz or sapphire. The OZ-180W dissolved ozone water concentration analyzer features inlet and outlet ports and a touchscreen interface. It provides 4-20mA and RS-485 signal outputs for direct connection to a PLC.
The OZ-180W dissolved ozone water concentration analyzer features an automatic UV light source adjustment system. It adjusts the brightness of the UV LED light source in real time based on reference light data to maintain a constant zero point, ensuring zero point stability. This is a patented product of our company. This ozone analyzer can operate continuously 24 hours a day. The superior stability of this ozone concentration analyzer is achieved through the use of a true dual-beam optical system and an extremely long-life UV LED light source.
