Zetron Instrument focuses on providing customized solutions for precision analysis and monitoring.
Product Description
The Classic-Q Deionized Water System produces purified water at a rate of 15 or 30 liters per hour, yielding deionized water with a resistivity of 16–18.2 MΩ·cm. Utilizing tap water as its raw feed source, the system generates both purified and deionized water. It employs high-performance cation and anion exchange resins to rapidly and efficiently remove various ionic impurities from the water, thereby meeting the diverse application requirements for Type I and Type II purified water.
Features
Fully Automated Operation: Features functions such as automatic water intake, automatic replenishment, and automatic drainage; parameters including water tank level, pressure, and conductivity are monitored in real-time.
Enables fully automated operation, eliminating the need for manual supervision.
Utilizes a PLC control system equipped with multiple intelligent protection features, providing automatic alarms for faults such as overcurrent, low water levels, and a full water tank.
An electronic display screen provides real-time visualization of the system's operational status.
Constructed from eco-friendly resin materials that do not contaminate water quality; complies with RoHS and CE certifications to ensure operational safety.
Characterized by low water and power consumption, demonstrating high energy efficiency.
Optional storage tanks made of acrylic or 304 stainless steel are available.
Equipped with a pre-filtration unit to extend the service life of the resin.
Includes a sampling valve for water collection and quality monitoring.
Application
Pure Water Applications: Preparation of microbial culture media and buffer solutions; hydroponics; preparation of chemical and biochemical reagents; flame atomic absorption spectroscopy; and water supply for laboratory equipment (including autoclaves, washers, fully automated biochemical analyzers, immunoassay analyzers, constant temperature and humidity chambers, salt spray test chambers, aging testers, humidifiers, etc.).
