Project background

The main component of biogas is methane. Biogas consists of 50%-80% methane (CH4), 20%-40% carbon dioxide (CO2), 0%-5% nitrogen (N2), less than 1% hydrogen (H2), less than 0.4% oxygen (O2) and 0.1%-3% hydrogen sulfide (H2S) and other gases. Because biogas contains a small amount of hydrogen sulfide, it is slightly odorous. Its characteristics are similar to natural gas. If the air contains 8.6-20.8% (by volume) of biogas, an explosive mixed gas will be formed.

Methane, the main component of biogas, is an ideal gas fuel. It is colorless and odorless, and will burn when mixed with an appropriate amount of air. The calorific value per cubic meter of pure methane is 34,000 kilojoules, and the calorific value per cubic meter of biogas is about 20800-23600 kilojoules. That is, after 1 cubic meter of biogas is completely burned, it can produce the heat equivalent to 0.7 kg of anthracite.

Compared with other gas, its anti-knock performance is better, it is a very good clean fuel.

The sampling unit collects in the on-site biogas pipeline transmission pipeline, the pretreatment unit dehumidifies and filters the gas, and keeps the temperature and humidity of the measured gas constant within a certain range, and the gas detection unit analyzes the delivered gas by non-spectral infrared detection and displays The measured gas concentration is displayed on the screen in real time, and the data signal is transmitted to the terminal such as PLC or computer, and can also be transmitted to the cloud server through wireless GPRS or network.
