Water + sewage treatment facilities have many places containing dangerous gases and toxic and explosive chemicals. Different gas detection instruments need to be selected and monitored according to the usage environment.

Sewage treatment plants gather urban domestic sewage, industrial sewage, and runoff sewage. Collected by urban pipelines and passed through urban sewage treatment plants, the sewage contains a large amount of organic matter, viruses and germs. Among them, gas hazards cause great troubles in and around the plant. Sewage pool fermentation produces hydrogen sulfide (H2S), ammonia (NH3), methane (CH4) and carbon monoxide (CO) gases. The odorous gas that people smell is the smell of hydrogen sulfide and ammonia.

The project team of Yiyuntian Project tailored this set of real-time online detection system for ammonia, hydrogen sulfide and methane concentration in the sewage treatment plant according to the characteristics of the site situation, to jointly create a safe production of sludge treatment plant.

I. Selection of real-time online monitoring system equipment (sewage treatment plant gas detector) of sewage treatment plant ammonia, hydrogen sulfide and methane

Because the detection range of the ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, and methane detectors is 20-30 square meters, it is a good judge of the use of the ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, and methane concentration detectors for relatively closed environments, such as production workshops. For quantity, only the square volume of the detection environment needs to be divided by 20-30 square meters.
